Hi Laqueda, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I was 18yrs old when I started doing hair . I had my 1st & only child & I had to begin to think quick on how to make quick money but I had to use my passion & that was doing hair . Couple year later I begin to work in my 1st beauty shop then my clientale begin to grow. Then I knew I was beginning to be great at what I do to provide for my daughter. Long story short I’m now own my own very own store front salon “ Pinky’s Beauty Bar in the heart of Donald lee hollowell . My life changed trimidious I’m proud to say I never gave up on my dream. Owning a shop can be tough but what I always wanted came true . Yours truly Pinkymoma

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It’s been a tough road but you cannot give up on your dream

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
I’m a hair stylist and make up artist. I specialize in quick weave , sew ins , lace wigs .. styles only ! I have a co worker that do everything that I don’t do . It’s a 1stop shop

What are your plans for the future?
