Today we’d like to introduce you to Bena Klier.

Hi Bena, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Fashion is part of my bloodline. I have been sewing and upcycling since I was a kid. Creating is my therapy.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Nothing is a smooth road. That is what makes the journey beautiful. The struggles of course financial. With holding down a career while building a brand? Faith in God and Jesus Christ is the key. You must remain consistent with Passion.

As a fashion creative I am known for my unapologetic fashions. My construction of a garment in unconventional. Self taught meaning no collegiate training.
Just as a child sitting at my mom’s feet while she sewed and created. My journey now I am taking various online courses and tutorials.

Can you talk to us about how you think about risk?
I would not say a risk taker I would say use wisdom in all you do. The risks are when dealing with various manufacturers you must research to avoid being scammed. Even with online trainings be careful ans research.
