Today we’d like to introduce you to Lillian Howard.

Hi Lillian, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My name is Lillian, but in the entertainment world I go by Angel Marie. I’m an upcoming actress and model based in Atlanta, stepping into a journey that feels both natural and brand new at the same time. I’ve always had a quiet, gentle confidence — the kind that doesn’t need to be loud to be felt. People would tell me I had a presence, a softness mixed with strength, but it took time for me to see it in myself.

Acting and modeling came to me in moments — a photo that captured me perfectly, the way I could shift into different moods or characters without thinking, the way storytelling pulled me in. Over time I realized this wasn’t just something I enjoyed… it was something I was meant to walk into. What I love about entertainment is how it lets me be both soft and powerful at the same time. Modeling lets me express emotions without saying a word, while acting lets me explore different layers of who I am.

A big part of my growth has come from working with CTC United Production, based out of Augusta, GA. Through them, I’ve been featured in several films that are available on Amazon Prime and Tubi, and those opportunities have pushed me further into my purpose. Being on set, learning from other creatives, and seeing the final product on streaming platforms showed me that I’m truly capable of taking this career as far as I want it to go.

My path hasn’t been perfect or traditional. I had a business before, and even though it’s not active anymore, it taught me discipline, creativity, and how to move like a boss. That mindset never left me — I just poured it into something that feels more aligned with who I truly am.

I’m humble enough to know I’m still learning…
but bossy enough to know I belong in this industry.

Right now, my focus is growth: building my portfolio, taking classes, networking, showing up for opportunities, and staying committed even when things get slow. I want my journey to inspire other women who feel like they’re starting over. You can pivot, you can evolve, and you can bloom again — I’m living proof of that.

This is Angel Marie — soft-spoken but powerful, humble but ambitious, stepping fully into her light and owning her destiny. And I’m just getting started.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
One of the biggest struggles I’ve faced on my journey has been balancing my dreams with real-life responsibilities. I’m a proud mom to two boys, a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old, and after taking time off to focus on my babies, I had to start completely fresh when I recently moved to Atlanta—getting a car, an apartment, and rebuilding my network from scratch.

Breaking into the film industry hasn’t been easy, and there were moments I doubted myself. But my passion for storytelling and acting kept me going. Working with CTC United Production and being featured in films on Prime and Tubi has been an incredible milestone, but the road here has taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of never giving up, no matter how many obstacles appear.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I’m an actress, model, and storyteller, and I specialize in bringing authentic, relatable characters to life on screen. What I’m most proud of is my ability to pursue my dreams while being a mom to two young boys. Balancing motherhood with a growing career in film and modeling has taught me perseverance, creativity, and the importance of showing up for both my family and my craft. I specialize in projects that allow me to connect with audiences emotionally, whether it’s drama, comedy, or anything in between.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I draw a lot of inspiration from the people around me—my friends, colleagues, and mentors—especially those who are where I aspire to be in life. Seeing their dedication, resilience, and achievements motivates me to push myself, stay focused, and continue growing both personally and professionally. I’ve found that surrounding myself with driven, positive people is one of the most powerful resources for doing my best.
