Hidden Gems: Meet Rosanna Drumgoole of Let Hunny Know

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rosanna Drumgoole.

Hi Rosanna, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
Like many entrepreneurs, my journey didn’t start with a perfectly polished plan, it started with hope. I signed up under a “guru” who promised fast money and freedom, and yes, like so many others, I found myself swept into the world of MLM with big dreams of overnight success. What I learned very quickly, though, is the truth no one likes to market: there is no such thing as overnight success. As an Army Veteran and a woman navigating life with a disability, I had to pause, reset, and get deeply intentional about what I was building and why.

That moment of clarity changed everything. I realized my real gift wasn’t chasing trends, it was creating structure. I came alive helping people bring order to their businesses through system alignment, sustainable strategy, and plans that actually work in real life. In the process, I discovered possibilities that had been right in front of me all along. Let Hunny Know was born from that realization: that success isn’t about quitting on yourself when the hype fades, but about building something aligned with who you’re becoming. When you commit to a clear plan, shift your mindset, and stay the course, you don’t just grow a business, you create a future lifestyle for yourself, your family, and the legacy you’re leaving behind.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
One of the most challenging parts of my journey has been building a team that truly sees the bigger picture. In a fast-moving metro like Atlanta, where everyone has a vision, a brand, and a plan of their own, finding people who genuinely align with your mission, values, and long-term goals isn’t easy. It required patience, discernment, and a willingness to say no more often than yes. But once the right people began to come together, something shifted. The foundation was solid, the vision was shared, and growth became natural. From there, the team didn’t just grow, it expanded with purpose, momentum, and intention.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Let Hunny Know?

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was the kind of child who listened more than I spoke, not out of hesitation, but intention. I observed people, patterns, and systems early on, learning how things worked long before I was asked to participate in them. I carried a natural sense of responsibility, a quiet confidence, and an instinct to lead without needing the spotlight (even though I naturally demanded it). I was curious, structured, and deeply thoughtful, drawn to mastery rather than noise and purpose over popularity. Even then, I understood that clarity, discipline, and compassion could coexist, and that understanding shaped the woman I would eventually become.
