Today we’d like to introduce you to Brelyn Turner.
Hi Brelyn, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I went to college for Marketing, and landed a job with a startup social media management company. From there my love for documenting all the little things that bring me joy blossomed! I love to show off places I travel, products that I use regularly, and just silly little life moments!
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
One thing that I do struggle with is feeling confident in what I post. It happens so often that I spend so much time on content that doesn’t perform as well as I thought it would. But I’ve learned that it’s completely normal, and to keep trying different things to see what sticks.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am actually in the social media management industry in my professional life as well. I manage social media accounts in the car industry. I’m most proud of the progress I’ve made in my position. Now that I’ve found a good routine of things, and have developed more confidence, we have a lot of fun filming engaging content!
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory is when I was very little, possibly my first core memory. I remember my mom coming in so excited to tell me we had to go outside right away, and when we got out there, there were hundreds of hot air balloons in the sky. I remember how pretty and peaceful they looked so high up there to a little girl like me. It’s always stuck with me as such an awesome thing to see!
