Our growth has come from staying true to our values, investing in continuous education, and building authentic relationships with our clients and community.

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
It hasn’t been a completely smooth road. One of the most meaningful and ongoing challenges has been redefining what the professional salon experience should look and feel like.
In today’s fast-paced beauty industry, convenience often takes priority over quality. I’ve made it a mission to bring back the core values of a professional salon environment. That starts with the foundation of every service: a proper shampoo experience. It’s more than just cleansing the hair; it’s a moment to create calm, build trust, and set the tone for a thoughtful, professional service.
Another area of focus has been strengthening our approach to customer service. Training our team to consistently provide respectful, attentive, and elevated service is an ongoing process. It takes time, intention, and a shared belief in what great service looks like.
Equally important is the consultation. Many clients have experienced services that begin without a real understanding of their needs or goals. We are committed to slowing down, listening actively, and making sure each client feels seen and understood before any work begins. It’s in that conversation where trust is built, and that trust is what turns a one-time appointment into a lasting relationship.
