Hi Kiana, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My name is Kiana. I am an entrepreneur and a mother of three, striving daily to become everything God has created me to be.
My story and journey to success began at the intersection of growth, faith, survival, and creativity. I didn’t start with a business plan or a clear roadmap… I actually graduated with a degree in accounting. When it came to building my own businesses, what I started with instead was a deep knowing that God had a specific plan and purpose for my life, even if I couldn’t fully articulate it at the time.
I’ve always been creative and reflective, and writing became my first outlet. It helped me process life, identity, and growth. Over time, that creative expression evolved into content creation, digital entrepreneurship, and eventually teaching others how to build income streams online in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.
What truly shaped my path was realizing that I didn’t want success at the expense of who I am or what I believe in. Faith became the foundation of everything I built. I stopped chasing trends and began building systems, brands, and communities rooted in purpose, discipline, and obedience even when that meant choosing slower or less conventional routes.
The Faith Fueled CEO was born out of that realization. It represents more than business; it’s about becoming the version of yourself who can steward growth, money, creativity, and responsibility with integrity. Through digital products, education, AI tools, mentorship, and now my podcast, I share conversations, insights, and reflections that encourage others to build with clarity and confidence — both personally and professionally.
Today, I wear many hats, creator, educator, founder, mentor, and podcaster… but at my core, I’m someone who believes that faith and strategy can coexist, that resilience can be built, and that purpose is meant to be profitable when handled with care. Everything I do is rooted in helping others move from survival to structure, from confusion to clarity, and from ideas to execution.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Most of my journey has been shaped by overcoming fear (that is not true) uncertainty, pivots, and learning how to rebuild.
One of the biggest struggles was navigating personal transitions while still showing up consistently in business. I’ve had to build and coach and encourage OTHERS through emotional strain, and seasons where clarity felt far away- seasons where I could not even fully encourage myself, but stayed showing up for others. There were times when I had the vision but not the support, the skills but not the resources, and MY FAITH was the only thing anchoring me.
Another challenge was learning to trust myself. Early on, I second-guessed my gifts, my voice, minimized my expertise, and tried to fit into spaces that weren’t aligned with who I was. That often led to burnout and delays. It took time and some hard lessons to understand that alignment matters more than speed

Being known as “The Faith Fueled CEO” is deeply personal to me because it’s a reflection of who I became while trying to survive, heal, and still build something meaningful. I didn’t create this brand from a place of having it all figured out, I created it while figuring it out in real time.
The Faith Fueled CEO is my purpose-driven education and digital brand focused on helping individuals build sustainable income, systems, and structure without compromising their values and always acknowledging their FAITH. At its core, my brand is all about faith, strategy, and modern digital entrepreneurship.
I specialize in teaching digital business foundations, including content creation strategies, automation, AI-powered tools, digital products, and faceless brand models… in a way that is accessible, ethical, and aligned with real life. My work is especially rooted in helping people move from confusion and overwhelm to clarity and execution, even if they’re starting with limited resources or confidence.
What sets me apart as The Faith Fueled CEO apart is that I don’t separate mindset from mechanics. Faith isn’t treated as a motivational add-on — it’s the MAIN framework. Every system, strategy, and offer is built with intentionality, discipline, and long-term sustainability in mind. I focus heavily on structure: creating repeatable systems that allow people to grow while following their unique purpose.

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
Something that often surprises people is that I’m still learning as I build. I don’t approach my work from a place of having all the answers, I approach it from curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to evolve in public.
A lot of what I teach and create comes from things I’ve had to figure out for myself in real time. I test, reflect, adjust, and then share what actually works…not what just sounds good. That means my brand isn’t about perfection or pretending to be ahead of everyone else, it’s about real growth with integrity.
