Daily Inspiration: Meet Si Rajadhyax

Today we’d like to introduce you to Si Rajadhyax.

Si Rajadhyax

Hi Si, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Creativity has always been the throughline in my life. I grew up in Lake George, New York, and from an early age I was drawn to music, storytelling, and performance. That curiosity took me to Orlando, Florida, where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.

Music was my first real entry point into the industry. I pursued an internship at a radio station, which turned into more than a decade of growth across multiple roles. During that time, I developed a deep skill set across video, audio, graphics, social media, marketing, and digital storytelling. That experience taught me how content connects with people and how intention matters just as much as execution.

Those skills eventually brought me to Atlanta to work with an emerging corporate team focused on OTT content and the evolving media landscape. During that time, I was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 by NY TV Week and LA TV Week. Atlanta quickly became the place where everything I had been learning began to align.

At the core of it all, I’m an actor. Acting and theatre have always been central to my life, and being on both sides of the camera gave me a clear understanding of what actors actually need to succeed. I’ve lived the audition cycle, the constant preparation, and the demand to show up ready every time, which shapes how I approach both my craft and the work I do with other actors.

That understanding led me to create ifilmwithSi.com, where I began working directly with actors and creatives. What started as simple headshots and content quickly became something deeper. Actors weren’t just leaving with photos, they were leaving with a clearer sense of how they wanted to show up.

Alongside that work, I’ve been part of the team at Enjoy New Media, a commercial video production company, where I learned how to think beyond the creative and into building sustainable systems, managing client relationships, and delivering consistently at a high level. My boss, Denver Bailey, has been a huge mentor and supporter, and his belief in me helped me see that I could build something meaningful of my own while continuing to pursue my acting career.

Over time, the combination of hands-on experience with actors through ifilmwithSi.com and the professional foundation built at Enjoy New Media naturally evolved into Actor Media Company. It’s a resource for actors by actors, built to support working performers with headshots, audition taping, and personal branding that actually reflects who they are. I’m also an actor signed with Privilege Talent Agency, actively pursuing roles while building a company designed to help other actors book more work and grow with confidence.

In 2025, I committed to posting a video every day on YouTube under @timeswithsi, where I talk openly about creativity, discipline, and the importance of financial literacy. For me, money conversations are part of being a sustainable artist and staying in the game long-term.

I recently got married to my wife, Samantha, and that support has changed how I approach this season of my life and work.

Right now, I’m focused on growth. Booking roles, helping other actors do the same, and building a life that works with intention and purpose. I’m interested in growing alongside other artists and creating opportunities together.

At the core, my goal is simple. Keep learning. Keep growing. Help actors feel confident being themselves. Build a career and life that feel aligned, exciting, and real.

Atlanta is the perfect place for that journey, and I feel like I’m just getting started.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. There have been a lot of moments where I’ve had to figure things out in real time.

One of the earliest challenges was losing my dad when I was 20. That kind of loss changes you early. It forces perspective and makes you think deeply about time, purpose, and what actually matters. Even when I didn’t realize it at the time, that experience shaped how I approach risk, creativity, and relationships.

At the end of 2022, I was laid off after spending ten years at the same company. Overnight, the structure and stability I was used to disappeared. I went into panic mode at first, applying for jobs, refreshing LinkedIn, and trying to replace what I had lost. The job market was tough, and there was a lot of uncertainty.

That pause ended up creating space. While searching for work in early 2023, I started looking at what I already had. Cameras, creative skills, and a deep connection to the acting community. That’s when I began offering headshots to actors I knew, which eventually grew into ifilmwithSi.com. At the same time, I had the flexibility to fully lean into acting, auditioning more and saying yes to opportunities. In one year, I found myself performing in multiple stage productions, which completely shifted my confidence and momentum.

Later in 2023, a friend I met through acting class connected me with my now boss at Enjoy New Media. It was a real reminder that showing up and staying involved in the acting community can genuinely change the course of your life.

That consistency eventually paid off when I caught the attention of Jacob and Corey Lawson at Privilege Talent Agency. They believed in me and signed me at the beginning of 2025, which was a huge win for my acting career, but also the moment the real work began.

Acting itself hasn’t been easy. Starting without a clear roadmap meant figuring out headshots, resumes, auditions, rejection, and consistency on my own. But that process also introduced me to a strong community of actors who push each other to keep growing, and that community has become one of the most meaningful parts of the journey.

The road hasn’t been smooth, but it’s been real. And it’s taught me that I can adapt, evolve, and keep building, no matter what season I’m in.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I work at the intersection of acting, storytelling, and building sustainable creative careers. I’m an actor, creative director, and daily YouTuber, and all three roles inform how I approach my work.

As an actor, I’m actively pursuing roles while staying deeply engaged in the acting community. Being in auditions, rehearsals, and performances gives me a real-time understanding of what actors need to be prepared, competitive, and confident. That perspective led me to build Actor Media Company, where we support actors with headshots, audition taping, and personal branding rooted in who they actually are, not just what they think the industry wants.

From the creative director side, my background in Media & Production shaped how I think about execution, collaboration, and consistency. I focus on creating environments where people feel comfortable on camera and supported throughout the process, which allows their strongest work to come through naturally.

Community is a big part of what matters to me. I serve on the board of Arcadia Theater in Alpharetta, where I help support local theatre and contribute to creating opportunities for performers to grow. Staying connected to live theatre keeps my work grounded and artist-first.

Another layer of my work shows up through daily YouTube content. I believe understanding money, investing, and long-term planning is essential for artists who want to build careers with less stress and more freedom.

What sets me apart is that I’m not approaching any of this from the outside. I’m a working actor currently signed with representation, building alongside the same community I serve. I’m learning, creating, auditioning, and growing in real time, and that shared experience shapes everything I do.

So maybe we end on discussing what matters most to you and why?
What matters most to me is building a life that actually works. Not just creatively, but practically. I care about doing work I’m proud of while also having stability, peace of mind, and space to enjoy my life. I’ve learned that constantly grinding without alignment catches up to you, and I’m way more interested in building something that lasts instead of chasing quick wins.

People matter a lot to me. Almost every meaningful opportunity I’ve had came from relationships built over time, whether that was acting classes, theatre, collaborators, or friends who believed in me before things were clear. Being around people who are trying, learning, and growing has shaped my career more than any single decision.

I also really value freedom. The freedom to create, to take risks, and to not feel trapped by money or fear. That’s why I talk about finances alongside creativity. I want artists to feel empowered, not stressed out all the time. At this point in my life, I’m focused on building something that lasts. Growing as an actor, supporting other artists, and creating a life that feels intentional instead of reactive. I’m excited about where things are headed and committed to staying present for the work as it unfolds.
