Ashley Lance

Hi Ashley, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Aced It! 360 Photo Booth was created from a genuine passion for crafting unforgettable experiences and bringing people together in joyful, meaningful ways. I launched the business with a clear vision—to offer more than just a photo booth, but an interactive experience that captures authentic moments filled with laughter, fun, and connection. I’m incredibly grateful that word continues to spread about the exceptional experience each guest receives, helping Aced It! grow into the trusted name we work hard to build and uphold.

I remain deeply committed to delivering consistent quality, adaptability, and an elevated client experience—values that allow Aced It! to scale while still maintaining the personal touch that sets us apart.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The journey has been incredibly rewarding, but it’s had its challenges. In the early stages, I truly wore every hat—personally operating the booth at events, learning the creative & technical aspects of the business, navigating marketing, maintaining excellent customer service and building relationships one event at a time. Balancing all of these responsibilities while ensuring every guest and client received a high-quality experience was both challenging and humbling.

Like many entrepreneurs in the early phase, I had to learn through trial and error, managing my time since I also have a full time job, and making financial investments before seeing consistent returns. Building brand awareness and earning trust in a competitive industry also came with its own set of challenges. However, each obstacle became a lesson that strengthened both the business and my confidence as an owner.

Those early struggles shaped the foundation of Aced It! 360 Photo Booth. They taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of staying committed to my vision. In hindsight, the challenges were essential—they pushed me to grow, refine my processes, and ultimately build a business grounded in excellence, consistency, and genuine connection. Thankfully, I also have a great support team that continues to root me on.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
At Aced It! 360 Photo Booth, we specialize in creating immersive, high-energy photo booth experiences that elevate events and leave lasting impressions. Our focus is on delivering a seamless, high-quality experience through thoughtful planning, on-site attentiveness, and polished content guests love to share.

I’m most proud of the reputation we’ve built for consistency, excellence, and exceptional service. How do you think about happiness?
What makes me the happiest is time spent with my family—being present, creating memories, and sharing moments together. They are my foundation and my greatest joy, and everything I do is rooted in building a life that allows us to grow and continue making lasting memories together.
