Kateryna, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’m an interior designer with a Master of Architecture, and my work has always been about merging beauty with precision—spaces that look effortless but are deeply intentional. I co-founded WOLFDENS interior design services with my husband, where I lead design and architecture and create bespoke luxury interiors for high-net-worth clients. Today I’m focused on timeless, crafted spaces that elevate daily living—through layout, light, materials, and the details that make a home feel truly custom.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It hasn’t been perfectly smooth—most worthwhile things aren’t.
One of the biggest struggles has been managing expectations and emotions. Design is personal, and clients can get overwhelmed by choices, timelines, and changes, so I’ve learned to guide decisions calmly and clearly.
Another challenge is real-world constraints: budgets, long lead times, material shortages, and jobsite surprises that require fast problem-solving without compromising the final look.
Execution is everything in luxury, so building a dependable network of trades and vendors—people who can deliver true detail and consistency—took time and a few hard lessons.
And like many designers, I had to learn to price my value confidently, because the real scope includes not just design, but coordination, procurement, and accountability end-to-end.

WOLFDENS interior design services is a boutique studio creating European-influenced, luxury residential interiors—timeless, refined, and highly customized.
We offer a full interior design package from concept to completion, built to support execution now and be usable later for future phases.
We’re known for architectural precision and clear deliverables, including 3D renderings for every space, CAD drawings, and detailed specifications that help clients and builders get it right the first time.
What sets us apart is our blend of elevated design taste + technical rigor—so the finished home looks effortless, but is meticulously planned.
Brand-wise, we’re most proud of the trust we earn: calm process, strong guidance, and results that feel quietly exceptional.
What are your plans for the future?
We’re planning to open a physical location for WOLFDENS interior design services—a studio where clients can experience the brand in person, review materials, and collaborate in a more elevated, curated setting.
We’re also focused on expanding the business: taking on larger full-home projects, growing our vendor and trade network, and building a team structure that lets us deliver the same level of detail at greater scale.
What I’m most looking forward to is creating a space that represents our design standards—and using it as a foundation for the next phase of growth.
