Today we’d like to introduce you to Tahir Eloby.
Hi Tahir, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started by working at Kroger for only nine dollars an hour at 17 years old. I heavily budgeted my paychecks, sometimes to the point where I would have to figure out how to survive off $40 for a week. By this time, I was already selling shoes a little bit on the side. But I used the money I saved up to invest in a shoe collection for a about $1000. I was able to make around $500 profit off that whole flip, and just continued from there. Since then, I kept heavily reinvesting into my business, to the point where I built up my inventory to six figures, have done millions of dollars in sales, I was able to open up a store with two of my business partners. Sneakers have also allowed me to be blessed enough to try out many other business endeavors, like stocks, clothing brand, and real estate. Maybe you could say I’ve done a lot, but to me it feels like I’m just now getting started. Excited for the journey.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Definitely some struggles. I’ve lost contact with a few people who I couldn’t trust and ended up stealing money from me. There have been times where I spent my last and had to figure out how to make it work. I’ve gotten scammed multiple times, tens of thousands lost on untrustworthy business from other people. But after these things happens, you have to make a choice whether or not to continue or give up, and giving up was never in my plan.

We are at sneakers and clothing, reselling business, dedicated to providing the most hyped and popular items and accessories at good prices. I am most proud of the impact I’ve had on my community, being well known in my area for the number one guy to come to if you’re looking for any shoes. Over the years, my marketing and branding techniques has allowed me to expand my customer base online as well as in person.
