Today we’d like to introduce you to Bonnie Serratore.
Hi Bonnie, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
When people ask me how I got started, the truth is my work began because I was in deep suffering.
From a very young age I lived with severe trauma abuse and abandonment. By the time I was eight years old I no longer wanted to be here and for much of my life I was in a constant state of wanting to die. In the mid 1980’s I reached a breaking point. I truly believed I was done. I told my husband I could not go on and we agreed that before making any final decision I would go see someone for help.
That decision changed my life.
In 1984 I began my own healing journey through psychotherapy and deep emotional work. For the first time I felt a sense of hope. As I allowed myself to fully feel and surrender into my emotions rather than suppress them I discovered something profound. When you truly go into emotional pain instead of resisting it the energy begins to move and release. I could feel real shifts happening in my body and my being. That was the beginning of my understanding that emotional healing is an energetic process.
As I continued healing myself my intuitive abilities naturally began to open. I started doing tarot and psychic readings first casually and then professionally. Teaching psychic development and working with people one on one followed very organically. By 1986 I was seeing clients regularly and getting paid for my work while continuing to deepen my own inner exploration.
Through working with many people I began to notice clear patterns. While everyone’s story is different the emotional energies we carry are the same. Anger, grief, fear, shame and trauma all have distinct energetic signatures. I learned to recognize them by their frequencies colors, textures, densities and shapes within the body. Over time I created a detailed energetic framework and a practical language for understanding what lives inside us and how it releases.
As more people began coming to me I realized I needed a way to help many at once. That is when I founded the ReNascent Center and began developing workshops and group healing experiences. Group work opened an entirely new level of awareness for me. I saw how transformation could happen collectively and how energy could move powerfully through shared intention and presence.
Everything I learned came through direct knowing. Information would drop into my awareness fully formed and when I followed it profound change occurred. I was never taught this work in a traditional way. It unfolded through listening deeply tracking energy and trusting what I was shown. Over time my work became more precise more potent and more effective.
One thing became very clear to me. Every time I cleared another layer within myself my work improved. As I healed my own emotional wounds and expanded my consciousness my ability to support others grew stronger and clearer. My personal evolution and my work have always been inseparable.
What began as a journey to survive became a lifelong calling. Today I work as a Quantum Shamanic Energy Healer and the creator of the Serratore Method. This method emerged through decades of direct knowing, deep inner work and energetic tracking and was designed to help people release suffering at its root. To reach the masses I trained and certified Shamanic Energy Accelerators who work within the Serratore Method to support profound transformation for individuals and groups around the world. I know from lived experience that deep lasting change is possible and my purpose is to help as many people as possible access that same freedom.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
No it has never been a smooth road.
From the very beginning one of the biggest challenges was simply getting people to come and do the inner work. Most people do not want to look at their issues. They do not want to face themselves or feel intense emotions. So for many years I found myself constantly explaining convincing and inviting people into work that asked them to be honest and present with what they were carrying.
Along the way I also experienced a great deal of energetic resistance. There were forces and energies that did not want this work brought into the world. That created its own layer of challenge and interference and required me to stay very strong clear and committed to what I knew I was here to do.
Another major struggle was my own fear of persecution. Like many healers I carried deep memories of being attacked punished or killed in other lifetimes for my knowledge and abilities. That fear kept me hidden for most of my career. I stayed under the radar avoided visibility and often minimized what I did because it felt safer. It was not until many years later after clearing that persecution energy across lifetimes that something truly shifted. Around 2016 or 2017 that fear was finally gone and when it cleared everything began to open in a new way.
Financial challenges were also part of the journey especially in the earlier years. I was still unraveling my own patterns around money visibility and self worth. I also moved frequently and each move meant starting over building a new community and reintroducing the work again and again. That was exhausting at times but it also strengthened my resilience and trust.
As the work evolved I realized it could no longer be just about me. Once I was free of the fear of persecution I began training others and eventually created certified shamanic energy accelerators so the work could reach more people. Teaching others and building something sustainable brought its own learning curve but it was an essential step.
Even today one of the ongoing challenges is helping people truly understand what this work is. On the surface it can sound like many other healing modalities but it is fundamentally different. This work is not about reliving your story or processing endlessly. It is about clearing the energy directly so the body actually changes. Once people experience it they understand but until then it can be hard to put into words.
Despite all of the struggles the work itself has always been phenomenal. Every challenge strengthened my clarity, my commitment and my trust in what is possible. Looking back I can see that nothing was wasted. Every obstacle helped shape the depth, power and integrity of the work I offer today.
Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
My work and what I am known for is my ability to find the specific energy frequencies that are blocking someone from being their true authentic self. I track what is inhibiting you from living as the true energy that you really are underneath all the wounding misperceptions, beliefs and conclusions you formed about yourself and life.
I specialize in clearing emotional energy from the energy field as well as clearing interferences. Interferences are anything that is not you and not of your true essence. This can include other people’s emotions, discarnates, energetic attachments, castings curses, spells, implants, devices mechanisms, timers, warehouses, factories, activators ,antennae and any kind of energetic structure that is operating inside the body without your awareness. Because this is energy most people do not even know it is there yet it profoundly affects how they think feel and live. I clear all of it.
When these interferences, belief systems and misperceptions are removed what happens naturally is that you begin to land in your true authentic self which is your own divine light and pure unconditioned love. You stop questioning yourself. You are no longer living in fear, helplessness, hopelessness or victim consciousness. You no longer feel unloved, unwanted, invisible or not enough. Those experiences were never who you are. They were the result of what you were carrying.
This work is about liberation. It is about freeing people from emotional angst, trauma and even deep conditions like PTSD. Emotional energy no matter how old or intense blocks you and forces you into the ego or false self where you are constantly trying to fit in be safe and survive. When that energy is cleared you no longer need to protect yourself. You simply live free.
What I am most proud of is that I created this work. I found it I developed it and I brought it into the world. I created a system that is profoundly life changing and in my knowing one of the most powerful healing modalities available today. This work did not come from a book or a lineage. It came from direct knowing, lived experience and decades of tracking energy at the deepest level.
What sets me apart from others is the depth of the work and the ability to find the core where something actually begins and unravel it completely. When something is truly cleared it no longer lives in the soul imprint, subconscious or body. You cannot find the thoughts reactions or patterns anymore. It is finished. That healing carries forward into all subsequent lifetimes. Once a lesson is truly learned and cleared you are done with it.
The Serratore Method works beyond linear time and space. Many people have excellent results listening to the recordings of this work, even if they did not attend it live.
There is no one else doing this work at this level. It may sound similar to other healing approaches but it is profoundly different. We do not process stories endlessly. We track, find the seed and clear it. We clear the subconscious misperceptions self punishment, self hatred, self sabotage and all inner mechanisms that keep people suffering. Anything within you that is not of pure love and light can be transformed released and liberated.
That is what this work does. It changes lives at the root.
What are your plans for the future?
My plans for the future are very clear. I am no longer focused on seeing clients one on one. I have trained a team that is deeply skilled in the Serratore Method and able to care for anyone who feels called to this work. The certified Shamanic Energy Accelerators work within the Serratore Method and can handle the healing work while supporting people at a very high level.
My role now is to teach. I want to teach the bigger aspects of the Serratore Method and bring greater awareness to how this work functions at the deepest levels. I want the Serratore Method to be recognized as a clear modality and methodology so people can understand what it truly is and access it with clarity and confidence.
I am looking forward to expanding the Serratore Method into the mainstream. There are millions of people who would benefit from this work and it is time for the word to get out. This is not about endlessly telling your story or staying stuck in the past. The Serratore Method is about real tangible liberation from wounding misperceptions the mind and conditioned thought patterns.
What excites me most is growth and expansion. Making the Serratore Method accessible on a much larger scale. I want people to know there is another way. A way that creates real lasting change and allows you to live free.
