Life & Work with Shaunte’ Campbell of Atlanta

Today we’d like to introduce you to Shaunte’ Campbell.

Hi Shaunte’, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
Hi my name is Shaunte’ and I’m the owner of fresh status 365 which is my vegan/plant based brand where I serve my community fresh pressed juices and kale salads loaded with fresh veggies, love and pure intent. I started from my own experience and how I would blog about my daily life as I navigated through my journey. I began cooking and sharing my recipes and one day I made a salad and some vegan tacos and shared it with friends and immediately I received so much praise that I started offering to make food for everyone. From birthday parties to events I have served hundreds of people and the support has kept me in business. In 2024 I was blessed with a opportunity to work inside a ghost kitchen where I was able to serve daily and it was the best decision I made because shortly after I was able to get my salads inside of a vegan restaurant which was a huge milestone and another kick start into my business journey. Today I’m currently looking for my next step but I have published a ebook on detoxing one’s body, mind and soul and I’m really excited about it. Being able to help individuals learn and make better health choices is my goal. Understanding your body and how it functions is the key. I don’t like diets, I’m for lifestyle choices that benefit people from not eating poorly. You are what you eat!

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I wish it was all smooth sailing but when you’re growing and changing your perspective it comes with obstacles. Breaking old habits and creating new ones take discipline and practice. Unlearning old patterns and understanding why we eat or do certain things goes into history and then you open up a new chapter of exploring. I had family and friends that didn’t understand why I wanted to have a healthier lifestyle because they were use to the old unhealthy version of myself that wasn’t ok mentally or physically. So I made choices and created boundaries which is another reason I started writing to help others through the process of becoming a better version. Another obstacle once my products were in restaurant, due to contract issues the restaurant was closed down and the owners did not open another location. Imagine finally feeling like you’re moving in the right direction and boom it’s ripped from you and now I’m left to start over. With god all things are possible.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
My company is a health brand that specializes in helping people learn how to improve their health choices by providing a safe space that also caters to food, drinks, routines, detoxifying and learning about new ways to improve our environment. Understanding how to manage your time and resources is vital for your success. My reviews are all amazing and I have not had one complaint. That is a huge compliment for my business and my personal experience since it all started with me wanting to better myself. I went vegan due to health and personal experiences that made me want more. So I did and now I have so much to give to my community and the world. I want readers to know that no matter the beauty standard or where you started you can always improve yourself and that life is beautiful but we must be mindful with our daily choices so we don’t limit ourselves to bad habits and healthcare. My brand is different because one our food and drinks are absolutely delicious and second I’ve created something from my heart with pure intent to teach and continue learning about different ways to improve ourselves. My salads are all vegan and don’t need dressing it’s fully loaded with nutrients that benefit your body and my juices are crafted with care and knowledge on what to increase within your body. I want my products to be sold in stores/ restaurants and I want to create more spaces for individuals to interact, share and grow in a safe environment.

How do you think about luck?
Well I don’t believe in luck. I believe in working consistently and using resources creates the opportunity to become more. I have had good and bad things happen on my journey that would have deterred most people from going through but I want it so bad that I’m willing to take every hit and make it into my “good luck”. My biggest opportunities came from me talking and asking questions. I keep finding doors to unlock and even when it’s a wall behind the door I find a way to get around so that I can continue doing exactly what I live so I can live how I want.
