Hi Frankie, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I was born in Atlanta to a Caribbean family, and from an early age I was surrounded by technology and problem-solving. My dad worked in computer engineering in the military, and watching how he approached systems, logic, and innovation naturally pushed me toward computer science. That curiosity turned into something more serious once I got to college.
While studying, I started a web design agency almost out of necessity—at first to make extra income, but quickly it became clear there was real demand for what I was building. What started as small projects grew into long-term relationships, and I’ve been running the agency ever since. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from construction companies and local service businesses to e-commerce brands and restaurants, helping them build an online presence through web design and marketing services. Today, I’m focused on expanding beyond just client work—scaling my business, exploring new markets, and building systems that allow for long-term growth. The foundation has always been the same: using technology creatively to solve real problems, just on a much bigger scale now.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road. Early on, I was actually scammed before and it almost put me out of business years ago. I had to navigate the ebbs and flows that come with building a business from the ground up. There were periods of uncertainty and a steep learning curve, especially in the early years. But each challenge forced me to adapt, become more resilient, and sharpen how I approach business. Looking back, those experiences were necessary—they helped shape how I operate today, and I’m genuinely happy with where I’m at now.

Staying connected with people is what makes me happiest.
