Hi Claudia, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I have worked in Commercial and Residential Real Estate since year 2003 my first deal was at 24 years old I sold 144 units in clearwater Florida. I have a Georgia and Florida real estate license . I was top producer in Homesmart year 2024 I love working with buyer sellers and agents and everyone else who is involved in all of my transactions.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
A lot of patience perseverance and positivity. Like in every business we will always encounter ourselfs in situations where we need to answer in wisdom not in fear
