Rising Stars: Meet Bradford Wynn of Atlanta, GA

Today we’d like to introduce you to Bradford Wynn.

Hi Bradford, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I’m a proud graduate of Hampton University, where I earned both my Bachelor’s degree and my MBA. That foundation shaped how I think about leadership, operations, and what it takes to build something that lasts.

Professionally, I started my career at Accenture as a Management Consultant. That experience sharpened my ability to solve complex problems, manage stakeholders, and build scalable processes, skills that still show up in my work every day.

Even though my full-time journey as COO of The Wynning Experience officially began in August 2021, the truth is I’ve been part of the agency in some capacity since high school. It has always been in my orbit, supporting, learning, contributing where I could, and seeing firsthand what it means to deliver experiences that reflect excellence and intention.

Stepping into the COO role full-time felt like a natural evolution. It’s been exciting to help build and grow a family business, and it’s also deeply personal. My mom comes from a family of entrepreneurs, so creating, building, and taking ownership of our work is simply what we do. Today, I’m focused on strengthening our operational engine, elevating how we deliver for clients, and helping The Wynning Experience continue to grow with the same heart and high standards it was built on.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. There have been some rough patches, and a lot of the growth we’re proud of today came from working through real challenges.

One of the biggest struggles was stepping into a larger leadership role inside a family business while also helping the company mature operationally. When you’re building and scaling at the same time, you quickly learn that what worked at one stage won’t always work at the next. We had to strengthen systems, tighten processes, and get very clear about roles and accountability so the business could grow without burning out the team.

Another challenge was navigating the unpredictability of the events industry, client needs shift quickly, timelines compress, and expectations stay high. We’ve had to stay agile while still protecting quality and profitability, which isn’t always easy.

And candidly, there’s also the personal pressure that comes with being part of something with your family name on it. You want to get it right, not just for the business, but for the legacy. Those moments weren’t always comfortable, but they pushed us to communicate better, lead with more intention, and build a stronger foundation.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
At The Wynning Experience, we produce corporate meetings, conferences, and branded activations, with a strong emphasis on thoughtful logistics, guest experience, and execution that reflects a client’s brand and objectives. We manage the full scope, from strategy and planning to onsite operations, so our clients can stay focused on their stakeholders while we handle the moving parts. We’re known for being calm under pressure, highly organized, and able to deliver with consistency even when timelines are tight.

In my role as COO, I specialize in building the operational engine behind that work: creating repeatable systems, managing budgets and timelines, strengthening vendor and partner coordination, and ensuring our teams can execute at a high level across different event types and locations. My consulting background helps me bring structure and clarity to complex projects, translating vision into a plan, aligning the right people, and driving results.

I’m most proud of how we’ve grown while maintaining our standards. We’ve expanded our client base, deepened long-term partnerships, and earned trust through execution, not just ideas. I’m also proud of the fact that we’re building something sustainable as a family business, with real infrastructure behind it.

What sets us apart is that we don’t just “plan events”, we produce experiences with intention. We focus on outcomes, not just aesthetics. We’re also known for being a true extension of our clients’ teams: proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented. Our proprietary I.M.P.A.C.T. process keeps projects organized and grounded in measurable results, which makes a difference when clients are managing multiple priorities.

What does success mean to you?
I define success as delivering meaningful results while staying aligned with purpose and values. For me, success means the work creates real impact, whether that’s helping a client achieve a specific goal or creating an experience that genuinely connects people. It also means executing with excellence: doing what we said we would do, on time and on budget, with a level of quality that reflects our standards. Just as important, success has to be sustainable, wins shouldn’t come at the expense of burnout. The team should feel supported, the process should be repeatable, and the business should be stronger after the project than it was before. I also measure success by growth and legacy: we’re improving over time with better systems, stronger relationships, and more capacity, while building a brand that earns trust and creates opportunity for others.
