Inspiring Conversations with Fredric Nutter of Lords and Ladies Mobile Cigar Lounge

Today we’d like to introduce you to Fredric Nutter.

Hi Fredric, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
After retiring from the US Army is 2019 I wanted to do something fun and exciting. Ive always enjoyed a good cigar and absolutely love the culture surrounding it. I began with a brick and mortar inside of a lounge but soon found the restraints to be overwhelming. I had to find a way to bring the cigar experience to any and everyone regardless of location and it hit me that I should go mobile. I contacted a builder of enclosed trailers who specializes in making custom lounges and drew up a blueprint and 3 months later I had a 30 foot mobile cigar lounge.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
The road hasn’t necessarily been smooth but with the proper forethought and management I found things got easier as time went on. Licensing was a bit tricky at first until I understood the new Georgia smoke laws more in depth. I picked the brains of the licensing and permitting department at the Department of Revenue staff and they helped keep me on the right path.

My happiness is a choice that I choose to live with everyday of my life. With so many distractions to happiness I focus on thought and thinking while I differentiate between the two. Life is a series of moments. Just like a cigar, the ashes represent the past, the fire the present, and the rest the future. Enjoy life and let it burn slow.
