Hi Damar, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I have a background in construction management and started by working hands-on in painting, drywall, and post-construction cleaning. Through that experience, I built reliable teams and systems focused on delivering inspection-ready results. Today, I work closely with general contractors and property managers on retail and residential projects.

I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It hasn’t been a smooth road. Early challenges included building consistent cash flow, finding reliable crews, and learning to navigate different GC expectations and timelines. Those challenges forced me to improve systems, tighten processes, and become more disciplined, which ultimately strengthened the business.
