Meet Kenneth McRae of Complete Care Solutions, Inc.

Today we’d like to introduce you to Kenneth McRae.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Grew up in a family with a healthcare background. Family owns dental practices in Athens, GA. Was originally going into dentistry, started under graduate education at Morehouse College, transferred to The University of Georgia to work in the family dental office before going to dental school, and realized I couldn’t get motivated to work in peoples mouth everyday. I knew I wanted to be in healthcare, but didn’t know in what capacity. I’ve always been into and participated in sports, and during this time of discovery, had been suffering from ankle sprains while playing basketball, I randomly met a chiropractor doing health screenings at a local grocery store, went to his office for a follow-up visit, and the next week he was writing my letter of recommendation for chiropractic school…and I never had issues with chronic ankle sprains while playing basketball.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Owning your own business is an adventure. Its similar to raising a child. You start off trying to figure it out, then you learn and grow from all of those experiences, then you build on those experiences and get better.

We’ve been impressed with Complete Care Solutions, Inc., but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Complete Care Solutions is a complete care approach to healthcare. We combine chiropractic, Pilates, assisted stretch, massage, physiotherapy modalities, spinal decompression, soft tissue blading, cupping, cryotherapy to address injuries, and find a wellness solution. I never like not having an answer. We are not your typical chiropractic office, we use all of these techniques and modalities to get you better, and If we can’t get you better, then we will find somewhere that can.

What matters most to you?
People getting better matters the most to me. Being an instrument in their lives to make their life better. Helping to find healthcare solutions whether the answer is in our office or not.
