Hi Lenore, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
My passion has always been helping others who needed a helping hand here or there. After serving over 30 years in the government sector, I pivoted and finally gained the confidence and courage to enter the home care industry, which has always been a dream of mine. After witnessing the care of a few loved ones who were very near and dear to my heart and see what my family went through because both relatives refused to go to a nursing home, I always knew I wanted to be part of the change needed to make people be as comfortable as possible to rehabilitate and heal in the comfort of their home. After going through several trainings, certifications and licensing, B’Nore Care was founded and licensed in 2024, B’Nore Care exists to provide elevated, personalized home care soloutions for individuals of all ages, from disabled children, ages 5 to 21, through the Georgia Pediatric program (GAPP) program. We also service seniors, which includes different levels of care, from personal care, recovery assistance and full support care. We provide premium home care delivered with discernment, empathy and structure-for every stage of life.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Honestly, I have not had many struggles during B’Nore Care’s existence. I firmly believe the reason is because I am very intentional and believe in the services provided. I provide the level of service that I want my family to experience. I want to be the standard in premium home care. I listen to the concerns of family members and I also educate them as well so everyone can be on one accord. When everyone is on the same team, that helps the client more at ease to recover. I am very genuine in serving people and providing an exceptional level of respect and communication to each client. I am also very transparent and proactive to ensure that family members are not stressed or concerned on how their loved ones are being treated. I thank God that I have not had a bad experience up to this point and if that time comes, I am more than confident I can adjust accordingly and handle whatever obstacle with ease.

Can you talk to us a bit about happiness and what makes you happy?
My personal support system makes me happy. My immediate family is my personal cheerleaders, they push me, encourage me, and support me to continue on this journey. The most stressful for me was the licensing process, the waiting game until my application was reviewed and approved. Since that time, I can truly say they have kept me grounded and confident that it was all worth it.
