Today we’d like to introduce you to Jazmine Rochelle.
Hi Jazmine, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey began with creativity and a passion for building things from vision. For more than 15 years, I’ve worked as a Creative Director specializing in graphic design, branding, and web design. During that time, I had the opportunity to lead design teams, develop campaigns, and help businesses bring their ideas to life through strategic creative direction. While I loved helping others build their brands, I eventually realized I also wanted to build brands of my own—ones that reflected my personal vision of elevated living, style, and intentional design.
Today, I’m the founder of The Ace Agency, Atlanta’s premier creative agency, and the creator of Park Avenue, a luxury-inspired lifestyle brand and boutique focused on attainable elegance for modern women. My work lives at the intersection of faith, fashion, business, and lifestyle, and I’m passionate about inspiring women to elevate every area of their lives. Everything I’m building now—from my brands to my content—is about creating experiences and communities that encourage women to live beautifully, boldly, and with purpose.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It definitely hasn’t been a completely smooth road. Like most entrepreneurs, my journey has come with its share of challenges. Building businesses requires resilience, especially when you’re starting with a vision that only you can see at first. There were seasons where I had to learn through trial and error—figuring out systems, building teams, managing finances, and balancing the creative side of business with the operational side. There were also moments where I had to push through self-doubt and the pressure that comes with leading and creating something from the ground up.
At the same time, those challenges have shaped me into the entrepreneur and leader I am today. Every obstacle taught me something—whether it was about strategy, discipline, or trusting the process. I’ve learned that building something meaningful takes time, patience, and faith. Looking back, the struggles weren’t setbacks; they were part of the foundation that helped me grow stronger, refine my vision, and continue building brands and communities with purpose.
As you know, we’re big fans of Maison de Park Avenue. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about the brand?
Park Avenue is a fashion and lifestyle brand built around the idea of attainable luxury. I created it for women who love elevated, timeless style but also want pieces that feel wearable in their everyday lives. Our collections focus heavily on knitwear and structured essentials inspired by heritage luxury houses like Balmain and St. John, but designed at a more accessible price point. Beyond clothing, Park Avenue represents a full lifestyle—one that celebrates elegance, confidence, and intentional living.
What really sets Park Avenue apart is the experience and storytelling behind the brand. Every capsule is curated with intention, from the fabrics and silhouettes to the packaging and presentation. We focus on limited collections that feel exclusive and collectible rather than mass-produced. The brand is also deeply connected to community—we’re building a space for women who appreciate beauty, sophistication, and personal growth. What I’m most proud of is that Park Avenue is more than just a boutique; it’s becoming a lifestyle movement that encourages women to elevate how they dress, live, and show up in the world.
Do you have any advice for those just starting out?
My biggest advice for anyone starting out is to start before you feel ready. A lot of people wait for the perfect moment, the perfect plan, or the perfect resources, but entrepreneurship rarely works that way. Some of the most valuable lessons come from actually doing the work—launching the idea, testing it, learning what works, and adjusting along the way. Consistency, patience, and the willingness to grow are just as important as talent or a great idea.
Something I wish I understood earlier is that building something meaningful takes time. In the beginning, it’s easy to compare your journey to people who are years ahead of you, but every brand and business has its own timeline. Focus on developing your craft, creating real value, and building authentic relationships with your audience and community. If you stay committed to the vision and remain open to learning, the growth will come.
