Today we’d like to introduce you to Tasha Robinson.
Tasha, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
I started out as a certified MUA (Makeup Artist) through VIP Cat Academy in Roseville, California and after a while got tired of covering up the imperfections that no one was interested in correcting and started getting intrigued with “skin” overall. One day I was getting my hair done by Tracie S. owner of (Tracie’s Hair Design) in Elk Grove, California…
We were having a casual conversation about careers & she blurted out “you should go to Esthetic school” I said, “that’s not for me & I’m not a fan of school.’ What I didn’t know then, she was actually speaking into my passion. A year later I went to sign up, and it took another year for me to actually start. Let’s just say when I started Esthetic school that’s when I found my “Passion & Purpose!” Been learning & growing ever since.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
No!!! Finances, Finances,. Finances… However: it’s been a joyous ride. I have met some Amazing people, have learned a Lot, have grown and still growing. But, the road has not been easy.
So, for those that make it seem as if it is, is False presumption. Being a small business owner takes work, blood, sweat, tears & more work, blood, sweat and more tears. But, as I stated it’s been All worth it!

I have 2 locations, one in Sacramento, California and Dunwoody, Georgia. I am a Licensed Esthetician, Oncology Certified. Oncology Certified means I can help cancer patients in or out of treatment with their unique skin care needs. I’m also known as “The Skin Snatcher” bringing the skin back to life.
What I’m most proud of, I would have to say as being a small business owner I’ve made it pass my 7yr mark, when in reality some small business don’t make it pass 2yrs. My Passion & Love for people is what sets me apart from everyone else. I Love what I do!
What were you like growing up?
I was an oddball growing up… I was nice to people, but that wasn’t always reciprocated in return… But, for those that took time out to know me for me find out I’m very outgoing, A go-getter, enjoy talking to any and everybody from all walks of life (definitely a social butterfly, that would light up the entire room).
