So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
When I moved to at Atlanta, I worked in Finance Management. My job duties consisted of completing needs based analysis and providing strategies and solutions to solve problems of individuals and businesses. Now as an entrepreneur and Agency Owner, I have steamed lined my skill set and developed a team of specialists to implement a different approach when it comes to educating and providing clients with insurance. My priority is and has always been to learn what goals my clients would like to accomplish and what is important to them before providing any recommendations to their lifestyle picture.
With over ten years of experience within the financial and customer service industry; I always had a passion for providing people with the fundamentals necessary to manage risk, while fulfilling their aspirations and dreams. My passion involves assisting my clients to achieve their goals, all while thriving when faced with life’s challenges. My belief is that taking a comprehensive and holistic approach with an individual’s insurance and financial needs will protect their most important investment— THEIR FUTURE.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?

Downer Agency Group is a Top Commercial Producing Agency (1 of 91 out of 10,000 agencies in the US and Canada) and is Commercial Certified.
Downer Agency Group is licensed in Georgia and has just recently expanded to Florida. My biggest accomplishment year to date is motivating and coaching my staff to achieve financial and personal goals. I have developed award-winning agents who have been recognized because of their individual accomplishments to Downer Agency Group.

I co-own and operate the agency with my husband, Corenza Morris. Corenza runs and oversees the commercial operations of the agency. He provides business owner policies, general liability, commercial auto, and fleet. Because of our tag team duo, we are able to provide customers with the entire 360 experience. Not only is Corenza a staple and instrumental part in the agency success he is an Award Winning Top Commercial Producer. As my husband, he is pivotal in pushing me to be the next best version of myself.
