Today we’d like to introduce you to Tasha Roberts.
Tasha, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
For over 16 years, I have been a part of the Holistic Health & Wellness Community… I am currently a Certified Colon Irrigation Therapist and Instructor through International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT).
My entrepreneur journey started at the tender age of 7 when I insisted on operating my first business; a “healthy” Lemonade Stand named Little “T’s” Lemonade. As a child, I learned how to use honey instead of sugar to sweeten my juice. That insight marked the beginning of my drive for entrepreneurship and knowledge in natural health. For a number of years, I worked successfully in Corporate America, and in the traditional Health Care System. Over time, the demanding, fast-track career began to take a toll on me mentally, and physically.
I realized that in addition to my stressful career, the combination of my lifestyle, stress level, diet, and nutrition were also contributing to me suffering from a multitude of health issues; depression, digestive issues, skin break out due to stress, fatigue, candida, and fluctuating weight gain. I made the decision to take control of my health naturally, and the first step began with a series of colon irrigation services from a highly sought after colonic center in California.
As expected, my health dramatically improved and it became crystal clear to me that if given the proper holistic modalities and by detoxifying the colon, my body could realign, rejuvenate and repair itself naturally.
This holistic experience would change my life forever! I decided to rid myself of the root problem that I allowed to compromise the quality of my health. I had made the decision to leave my career in corporate and pursued my lifelong passion in the wellness industry as a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, Instructor and School of Colon Hydrotherapy in Marietta Ga.
In 2002, I became an I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapist, and by 2008 she was a pioneer in her field as she opened and fully operated one of Atlanta’s premier and top grossing colonic centers, Hadiya Wellness Spa. Tasha has been highly impactful and instrumental in assisting a plethora of individuals, groups, and students on achieving wellness and physical balance through colonics, holistic lifestyle choices, and alternative health modalities.
In 2010, I became an I-ACT International Award Winning Colon Hydrotherapy Instructor. In 2013, she took her vision to the next level founding the Hadiya Institute of Colon Hydrotherapy located in Marietta, GA just 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, GA.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Not always, during the time the economy took a turn for the worst when people were losing their homes and jobs… a colonic or our other services was the very least of their concerns.
It was a rough time for me and a lot of people, clients had to make the decision of paying their mortgage, rent, bills, gas for the car and put food on the table to feed their family. I was so worried that I was not going to be able to keep my doors open, but through it all, I was blessed to wither the storm by the Grace of God and keep my business afloat.

We are a collective of professionals in the alternative health industry; dedicated to listening and responding to the needs that our natural health communities crave, with great purpose.
