Hi Kayla, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I am passionate about helping others align the body, mind, & spirit for overall quality health. I enjoy helping others find healthy alternatives in order to thrive.
Sparkling Soul was created in 2021 with a thought to help others along their journey. I see clients for herbal consults, am currently starting community classes for healthy alternatives & tips, and I’m in the process of becoming a certified holistic nutrition coach. Blends & Bloom Botanicals is my secondary business that was founded in 2025 to bring forth a product line with quality herbs and your health as priority. I currently have tea blends, herbal remedies, facial & skin products, with more products in the works.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
The struggles I have faced, are those of any business owner. It’s a goal to try to help others by offering free resources, but also understanding that my education has come at an expense & it has value. I also love bringing top notch products for my community & with that comes cost of herbs, labels, and packaging – my hope is to offer quality products for each individual despite their financial circumstances.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
Sparkling Soul is my business designed for education. It’s to help clients navigate and achieve their wellness goals. I am an herbalist & life coach. I specialize in meeting clients where they are, in order to tailor goals that work for that individual. It is not a one size fits all process. I currently see clients online to broaden my outreach and help as many as I can. Future office space is coming in Cornelia, Georgia for those who prefer in person visits.
Blends & Bloom Botanicals is for my product line. I love creating. My products are made with intention & no product is released until it’s perfected. I currently have tea blends, candles, spices, herbal remedies, facial & skin care products, and hair care products. I ship within domestic US.
Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
Networking seems to work best for me by word of mouth. Social media for sure can help expand outside of that, but the saying “people talk” is very true.
