Today we’d like to introduce you to LeShawn.
Hi LeShawn, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
“My book and story The Warrior who broke free from mental anguish” stems from all the abuse I have been trough since being a little girl, also living in toxicity and disfunction that I adapted to that life thinking that was the normal way of living. However I realize in late 2021 upon feeling I needed to change as this could’nt be a normal life. Therefore I decided to sit down and heal my brokeness. So after I healed enough I decided to share my story with God guiding me to share with the world so it could help others.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It was not easy at all, it took a lot of work and there were many struggle and challenges to get through. Because I had many triggers, but I had to learn patience and trust God in the process.
We’ve been impressed with Here Is The Insurance Lady, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I own a Life/Health Insurance agency and love educating others on the importance of having insurance. I specialize in the Medicare arena and is known as the Medicare queen. What sets me apart is my heart for people and going over the call of duty for my clients. I believe in educating on the importance of insurace and the plans that may be best for the person.
What do you like and dislike about the city?
I love that with the right tribe that we all grow to the top and the empowerment and support that comes along with it. The least would be traffic, but it’s no getting away from it in Atlanta.
