Inspiring Conversations with Ana Megrelishvili of Christian Professionals Network Worldwide

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ana Megrelishvili

Ana, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I was born in Georgia, Eastern Europe, into a tumultuous and dysfunctional family. At the age of 8, I experienced a traumatic event when my father shattered my sense of security. Seeking a better life and opportunities, I immigrated to the United States at the age of twenty and became a student at Berea College in Kentucky.

After completing my education, I pursued a career in business, eventually founding the Christian Professionals Network Worldwide (CPNW) in Atlanta, Georgia. CPNW transcends traditional networking by integrating business relationships with service-oriented values, fostering global community transformation. Grounded in Christian principles, I ensure CPNW serves as a collaborative hub, uniting leaders to pursue societal betterment.

Through CPNW Foundation work, I address relational poverty by facilitating meaningful connections and providing a support network. The foundation focuses on mentoring the homeless, providing them with the relationships and support necessary to rebuild their lives and break the cycle of poverty.

In addition to my work with CPNW, I have shared my journey of healing and resilience in my book, “Finding Courage to Change,” and co-authored “Success Redefined” with Jack Canfield, earning recognition as an Amazon Best-Selling Author.

Throughout my journey, I have been guided by faith and a commitment to positive change, striving to connect communities and lead initiatives that foster meaningful relationships and societal betterment.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
My journey has been anything but smooth, marked by significant challenges that have shaped who I am today. Growing up in Georgia, Eastern Europe, I faced a tumultuous and dysfunctional family environment. At the age of 8, a traumatic event of sexual abuse shattered my sense of security, leading to a prolonged period of personal struggle. These early adversities instilled in me a profound sense of resilience and a desire to seek a better life.

Immigrating to the United States at twenty presented its own set of challenges. Adapting to a new culture, overcoming language barriers, and establishing a support network were daunting tasks. Despite these obstacles, I pursued higher education, earning a BS in Business Management from Berea College and an MBA from the University of Kentucky. The pressure to succeed was immense, as I felt a deep responsibility to support my family back home.

In my professional life, I achieved success by conventional standards but felt a persistent void, realizing that material accomplishments did not equate to fulfillment. This led me to a period of introspection, where I confronted unresolved trauma and sought healing. Engaging in silent retreats and embracing faith played pivotal roles in my journey toward inner peace.

Founding the Christian Professionals Network Worldwide (CPNW) was a response to my recognition of relational poverty within communities. Building this organization from the ground up involved overcoming skepticism, mobilizing resources, and fostering a culture of service-oriented values. Through CPNW, I aim to combat isolation by facilitating meaningful connections and providing mentorship to those in need.

Each challenge along the way has reinforced my belief in the power of resilience, faith, and purposeful living. These experiences have not only shaped my personal growth but have also fueled my commitment to helping others navigate their own struggles and find meaning in their lives.
