Today we’d like to introduce you to Juan, Jose & Victor Dominguez.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
After I (Juan) graduated in Business Management, both of my brothers were already welders in their respective field industries. We’ve decided to move forward and get our own LLC with the goal that we will take over the next generation in South ATL and go from there.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Not really because we had to build our confidence dealing with customers who are very proud and doesn’t confide in us due to us being very young with very little experience. Another struggle is that being hard of hearing impaired, it is hard to communicate with the customers on the phone. But as time went on, we were able to overcome that and improve our confidence talking and communicating with customers through texts/email.
Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Arc Flow Welding & Fabrication LLC?
We are composed of 3 minority (Hispanic) and deaf/hard of hearing individuals who overall goal is to strive to be the best business owners & role models for Hispanic & deaf/hard of hearing community and that nothing will limit us.
We specialize in fabrication and welding service serving Atlanta and its surrounding cities of over 60 miles. We currently have 13/13 – 5 stars reviews on Thumbtack app which is not bad for two years of business. We also have 90% of returning customers from last year used this year.
We deal with a lot of repairs, and add-ons involving steel. We never turn down any small/big job and is always dependable.
How can people work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
We have two other employees who help us when needed: shout-out to Harrison & Dylan.
My other supporter would be our parents, who would push to be the best owners as we can be for the customers
