Eboni understands how it feels to be alone, scared, worried, frustrated, depressed and sad. Being a teenage mother of 3, a survivor of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and growing up father-less, she identifies with what it means to struggle, be insecure, or put on a facade. She understands what it means to be the strong friend that everyone looks up to and expects to have it all together, yet you are crumbling inside. Because she experienced many trials, upsets, stops-and-starts, it ignited a fire inside. At times when she thought life was over, her FAITH became the fuel to the fire that kept her going. Equipped with the word of God and undying love for His people, Eboni is on a mission to interrupt thoughts of self-doubt, low self-esteem, fear, and unworthiness. Eboni shares her life testimony as a tale of aspiration to help motivate and encourage everyone she encounters by telling them, “YOU HAVE THE POWER TO WIN.”

Has it been a smooth road?
In her early life, from all outward appearances, she appeared to be on the road to becoming yet another urban statistic. She refused, however, to allow her rough start to define her destiny. While Eboni’s uphill journey took place in the face of many trials, upsets, stops-and-starts, she nonetheless persisted, inspiring many others along the way to pursue their dreams, as well.

As an Empowerment Speaker, Eboni inspires others to divorce their excuses, eliminate roadblocks, and discover their purpose. She has an amazing ability to help the audience awaken their power and develop the confidence needed to accept nothing but wins! As an Accountability Coach, Eboni helps professionals who struggle with goal setting, executing their dreams, and committing to the process, develop a successful action plan to live the life they want and deserve. As a Business Success Strategist, Eboni listens to the challenges of leaders and business owners and develop systems and solutions that increase the bottom line.
How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I see the industry of Accountability Coaching expanding in the next 5-10 years. More people increasingly realize their readiness to grow, develop and reach self-actualization. Many recognize the need to have an accountability partner to make the necessary changes. People want to be happy, successful and living a peaceful life. Accountability Coaches are your biggest fan, cheerleader and critic purposed to help you grow into the person you want to be!
