Today we’d like to introduce you to Tracey Owens.
Tracey, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
My story involves many layers but this part feels significant for some reason. I am in recovery from Alcohol and Drugs for a little over 16 years and while all of my career paths have been important, that part of my journey is essentially what led me to create a company called Remember Your Truth (RYT). My philosophy is that I am on a path of remembering my own truth and assisting others with doing the same!
I moved to Atlanta in 2011 and began a company as a consultant and then shifted into offering Mentoring services for individuals and corporations. Today my company is expanding into greater audiences as an Empowerment Catalyst, Public Speaker, Mindfulness Facilitator and various Holistic/Alternative offerings. I am all about creating a life that I don’t need a vacation from and I am doing just that!
Has it been a smooth road?
No, not always a smooth road. When I took the alcohol and drugs out of the picture, a lot of the obstacles began to shift. Many were still there but I began attracting and creating techniques and tools to assist me with to navigating those challenges waters.

Remember Your Truth (RYT) is a boutique empowerment company led by me that helps individuals unlearn programmed beliefs and conditioning in order to better connect with the best versions of themselves. While most wellness agents tend to focus on a single aspect of empowerment, RYT leverages the holistic power of mind, body (physical energy), and spirit to bring people into alignment faster.
The RYT Process is a powerful and transformative method of holistic healing that identifies and corrects imbalances of emotional energy at a cellular level and releases them from the subconscious mind. This noninvasive technique makes it ideal for those who hesitate to use holistic healing methods.
My intuitive approach coupled with a unique expression of my gifts include my ability to inspire others due to my own past experiences and my ability to communicate with extraordinary ease and clarity. I see wholeness in everyone and I believe that anyone can choose to unlearn programmed beliefs and conditioning.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes, the world needs more empowerment and inspiration. People also want accountability! Absolutely!! This city is shifting in beautiful ways and while we can always make improvements, as a whole I find that the community is very receptive to this type of work and startups in general!
