Today we’d like to introduce you to Andrew Bazzell.
Hi andrew, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started out as a personal trainer wanting to support myself as I pursued acting, modeling and stunts. I eventually got into group fitness when a friend of mine found out I had a martial arts background in kickboxing, capoeira and other disciplines. While years of doing background work for film television and film, I started to book primary roles for commercials such as Disney, Capital One, and the NFL partnered with breitling watch. As of now I continue to train the community in group fitness and martial arts and still purse a career in modeling and acting.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
There have definitely been some speed bumps along the way. Especially when COVID first hit. My primary source of income with the gym was restricted as well as my secondary in the film and television industry had become nonexistent.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
So as a personal trainer and fitness instructor, I have the opportunity to engage with the community on the importance of daily health, exercise , and its rewards. What would separate me apart from other trainers would be probably how I incorporate basic fitness routines with a variety of martial arts disciplines in both group fitness and one on one sessions.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
The most important lesson I have learned on my journey is that one way to success is not the only way. Meaning whatever you do in life, you have to make sure it fits your mold and way of thinking. Don’t be discouraged if others are achieving while you are struggling. Stay the course and success will find you.
