Hi Mango, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I started off not knowing where I was trying to be or who. I was born a writer, but modeling found me. It then led to opening the door to content creation, becoming an influencer, writing scripts, stories, and publishing my poetry. I never thought the two could correlate.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has been the bumpiest road, you think Atlanta has potholes, you should see my life journey.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Being able to express who I am creatively and being (for the most part) appreciated for it, nothing will ever bring more joy to my heart. (I don’t have kids so I’m assuming this is my ultimate joy at the moment)!
We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
My first poem was published at age 8, and I received a GA who’s who’ reading / writing award from the state.
