Today we’d like to introduce you to Camilla Nesbitt.
Camilla, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I am a Motivational Speaker + A Certified Life Coach, and the founder of HerStory Continues Inc. I help women navigate life successfully to become a healthier version of themselves mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I encourage them to reframe their lives by viewing their life through the lens of God and not their circumstances. I love assisting women on their faith journey and helping them change the perspective of their situation.
In May 2019, I started a Non-Profit faith-based organization called HerStory Continues. We have a community of women who support and uplift each other. Where I provide resources, guidance, and inspiration to help women overcome their fears and doubts and build their confidence to pursue their dreams.
Every woman has something unique and valuable to offer the world, and I want to help them boldly walk in their purpose and not have to settle for less than they deserve. I am committed to inspiring others to greatness.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
As a woman myself, I have faced numerous challenges and obstacles along the way. I know what it’s like to face doubts and to second guess yourself by questioning your ideas and purpose, struggling to find your place in the world, and being confident in the gifts God has given you to share with others.
But I also know what it’s like to overcome those challenges and become stronger, more confident, and more determined than ever before. Our challenges can also provide opportunities for growth and development. Through personal reflection and life experiences, to deepen our faith and develop a stronger sense of identity and purpose.

Our Mission and Purpose
HerStory Continues allows women to ignite their momentum to take charge of their lives. This platform equips them with the necessary spiritual and practical tools and resources to become a better version of themselves.
Many women feel stuck, unmotivated, and not knowing where to start. HerStory is a platform that provides a safe and supportive sisterhood culture to help women feel connected. This platform allows women to get unstuck and equips them with methods, strategies, and spiritual guidance that they can use to improve their personal growth and development daily.
HerStory Continues now offers a Reframer-Her Group Coaching Program, where I work with women who are ready to invest in themselves to identify their strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and create action plans to achieve their personal goals and life purpose. Incredible things can happen when women come together and support each other. I encourage the women reading this article to take advantage of the opportunity to invest in themselves. You are capable of achieving great things, and I am here to help you every step of the way.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
As a Christian, I believe everything that happens in my life is a part of God’s plan and purpose for me, and I trust that God is in control of all things and that God is working all things together for my good (Romans 8:28).
Some moments in my life and business could be perceived as good luck, but I see them as God’s grace and favor upon my life. On the other hand, there have been moments when things didn’t go according to plan. Those moments could be perceived as bad luck, but whenever I face significant challenges and obstacles. But again, I see them as opportunities for growth, reflection, and learning and as part of God’s plan for my life.
