The business was started as a “side gig” in 2017 by Chelsea Lagos and quickly grew to a full-time operation, which now has over 10 team members supporting clients across the USA and Canada. I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Has it been a smooth road? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way? Entrepreneurship is a rollercoaster.
Since my business began, I’ve had two significant losses, which I think having my business helped kinda helped me through.
Not to mention the pandemic – if you ever want to see if your business is sustainable – keep it going during a pandemic…
I’ve had my share of good and bad deals, and it’s important to learn every time. Clients come and grow, and so do team members. You can’t take it personally.
My takeaway during the struggles is – if I won’t care about this in two years, I won’t give it another ounce of my energy today.
Instead, always be grateful for the life you’re building.
