Hi KeMari, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I started Queen of Emotions a year ago. I always love going to the mall with my mother and aunt to look at accessories to match with my outfits growing up. My love for accessories & my collection of purses, wallets and other accessories grew. Fashion has always been a big part of my life and it can really help show your personality. I want to help other queens feel beautiful and just be themselves when they’re out in our accessories.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. A lot can and has go wrong, I have pushed back launched dates for my business due to inventory issues. I am a mother, sister, niece, favorite cousin and daughter so time has been not so easy to juggle, lol. But I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am learning more everyday as I continue this journey.

Queen of Emotions is a brand where we want to make every woman/man show their inner personality with our accessories. What sets us apart from other brands is we uplift our queens with our accessories. We want you to feel amazing and know that you can be you. I’m most proud about brand-wise is that we have good quality products that are affordable. Perfect for queens on a budget such as myself, lol.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory is going to the mall with my mother on her off days and shopping until I literally got sleepy. My mom loves to shop so that where my love for shopping for accessories came from. Every store we went into it was always my mission to get some type of accessory from each store whether it was a pair of earrings, a headband, necklace it was something.
