Conversations with Brittaney

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittaney.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started my business January 31, 2022. I took a freight dispatching course for $1,500 and didn’t learn nothing in a billion dollar Industry. I went back to Gaitorboi which is my kids dad and I said bae I wanna teach freight dispatching he told me do it but I told him ion know shit. So we decided to use google and youtube. I started off hosting free zooms on how to become a freight dispatcher then I realized it overwhelmed me people would contact me 24/7. So I went in put a price on it my course is $35 dollars for a freight dispatching team training and $80 for a 1 on 1. So I went from dispatching to now I train others who would like to dispatch. Now today April 7, 2022 I make six figures by helping people for so cheap when actually courses start at about $175 N Up. I build up my fanbase and decided to actually take off with my company. I stepped out on faith and didn’t know a thing about what I was doing but god told me it was my winning season this year in now look how successful I am I now run one of the top successful platforms through Facebook. I honestly built my platform based off woman are so underestimated in the trucking world we needed that one female to put her feet n the game and start the way in I did that.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Well, honestly with n.e business you gone have people who doubt you. But I will say no, it wasn’t a smooth road. I had times where people cursed me out especially men in the trucking business, people would say my prices to low I’m trying to scam. I had people telling me my attitude wasn’t gone let me make it. The hardest of them all is the racism from others saying black people shouldn’t enter this industry.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
Between Monday-Friday, I train others on how to become finically stable and teaching them in a way that we can all understand for a little of nothing what do you specialize in? Freight Dispatching Training

What are you known for, etc?
I’m known for being that blunt little girl with the little voice that actually make you wanna join into the business asap.

What are you most proud of?
Being a young African American girl that is 26 and actually doing the damm thang after I was told I wouldn’t make it.

What sets you apart from others?
What sets me apart from others is the way I talk, the way I motivate them and honestly the way I don’t sugarcoat the business.

We love surprises, fun facts and unexpected stories. Is there something you can share that might surprise us?
Something surprising about me is I just graduated. I have an associate’s degree in paralegal and I didn’t want to be in that field after two weeks of training. I have my dental assistant certificate but I didn’t wanna Pursue that field either. So I stepped out into freight dispatching not knowing a thing nor was I willing to take it serious.
