Hi Brittany, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Thank you for having me! My name is Brittany and I am the owner of Ebonë Beautë. Ebonë Beautë started in fall of 2020. I started off with only unscented whipped shea butter. I was tasked with making butter for my nail tech and with the push and support from her and my partner Ebonë Beautë became a brand that now has multiple scented butters including our popular seasonal scents and moisturizing scrubs. My goal from the beginning was to provide natural skincare products that embrace your natural beauty.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I would not say it has not been a smooth road but it also has not been easy. With any business the hardest part is imposter syndrome. I definitely have moments where I will get in my head about “do my customers still like my product?” The hardest part is getting out of my head and getting out of my own way.

Ebonë Beautë is a homemade skincare brand. Currently, we offer whipped shea butter and moisturizing scrubs. We specialize in providing natural skin care products that provide benefits such relieving dry skin, relieving eczema, providing better sleep, and more. When I make my products I make sure that it is an even consistency so that you gain the benefits from each ingredient.
What makes you happy?
Satisfying the Beautës and meeting their expectations make me happy. Building Ebonë Beautë has brought me so much joy. Aside from my brand self-care brings me happiness as well which is why I started this brand. I enjoy spoiling myself with long showers and taking extra care of my skin with a nice candle lit. Most of all, my family and my partner bring me happiness. Finding time to set aside and just enjoy their presence is my ultimate joy.
