Today we’d like to introduce you to Derrick De-Mond.
Hi Derrick, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I am an actor and entrepreneur who began acting in 2018. I’ve currently starred in seven feature films and five short films in this short amount of time. Acting is something that I truly love and have a passion doing. I also became an entrepreneur in 2021 and I couldn’t be more happy with that decision. I’m the proud owner of a logistics company.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth road but I’m sure that I wouldn’t appreciate it as much if not for the hardships and lessons along the way.
We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
The main thing that I can say I learned due to Covid-19 is to remain resilient no matter the circumstances.
