Today we’d like to introduce you to Abraham Geovanni. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Abraham has been rapping & making beats since 14. His music talks about the saving power of God’s grace. His testimonies are powerful & life-changing to the listener. Through upbeat rhythms, flowing content and catchy choruses his music is reaching the top of the Billboard charts. Since a child, Abraham believes he felt led by The Holy Spirit through song form. This happened by the powerful yet simple lyrics of Louis Armstrong’s “What A Wonderful World”. He states in a recent article with “The HYPE Magazine” “The First time I heard it was at an ‘All School Assembly’ back in Elementary School. Can’t Remember what grade but that song changed my life… forever. Something about its essence made me want to be more compassionate with those around me and those not around me.” He further states that through the years this knowing has stuck with him, and has become a part of who he is. His mission is to spread Happiness through all art forms by bringing people to the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
While it was no easy road for Abraham Geovanni God blessed him & he lived to tell the story. Abraham was bullied in high school for being different than the rest. When he first started to publicly pursue his rap career in 2011 he was mocked, teased, and made fun of in many different ways. He pushed through but it was no easy task as he was 1 of 3 only Latino males in his entire grade. He came from a humble low middle-class family yet was given the opportunity to attend this prestigious private school called St. Luke’s (Not Religious) because of his character & knowledge. Facing what many would call a major culture shock wave Abraham had to face the crowd looking different, dressing different, talking different & just being different. As he graduated it didn’t get easier going to the streets for comfort & ease. He temporarily attended University but dropped out as an illness came upon him which God miraculously healed him of. An irreversible disease known as meningitis had attached itself to Geovanni but with great faith and active prayer, Abraham was healed by what he calls The Power of The Holy Spirit. Moving forward he continued to face many new trials while still continuing his Music career.
In 2015 he moved to Los Angeles, California to work in the music industry. He achieved many great feats but it seemed as though the closer he got to achieving his goals the bigger the obstacles became. Though he caught a lot of attention from industry names such as Kanye West, A Tribe Called Quest, Kodie Shane, Chiddy Bang & more he was constantly forced to move in LA. Moving to what he believes to be a total of nine times in California. From homeless to at that point in time; drug addiction (Marijuana & Alcohol) he had to get away from the evils of this world he revolved himself around. That’s when one night of praying on his knees to God led to a lifetime of Jesus Christ’s comfort & peace. Although many underlying moments are left unsaid & unmentioned such as the loss of his Dad & the coma he was induced in God delivered him through it all. His great faith has caused many to pay very close attention to his music career & his character. I believe it to be one of the greatest factors why his ambition to spread God’s glory through his music won’t fade & will only further progress his music career to a great mainstream cross-over & the top of the Billboard charts.

I am a 27 years old Rapper, Producer, & Movie Director. I specialize in melodic flows, creative outlets & branding development. My talents are to be used for the Glory of God In Jesus Name. I use music & film to communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ. My life is a living testimony for His Glory alone. Since the age of 15, I have been putting into practice the gathering of giant social groups. From Recreational purposes to Art & Media outlets; both in-person and online. This has made me very well noticed in the cities of Norwalk & Bridgeport CT, East LA -Boyle Heights, LA Southern California, USC campus grounds, The San Fernando Valley, & Ridgewood, Queens a community nestled away on the line between Queens & Brooklyn as well as mid-town Manhattan. His most recent tour the THISHOWIWORSHIP tour has gained him popularity in the Atlanta area. I have a passion for bringing people together through my music for God.

Abraham Geovanni is officially releasing his music & others through all Music Streaming Services with distribution by Hangloose 1x, LLC. A Media Curator & Record Label created & produced by Abraham himself in 2014. His most recent project is the THISHOWIWORSHIP EP his first Gospel Rap EP & has been on tour promoting the work. He has already crossed off 3 dates and made a public appearance at the Gospel Hip Hop Awards in Atlanta Georgia. With much support from the industry and the local communities in and out of the states, his music is taking off and becoming the voice of the urban culture.
