Today we’d like to introduce you to Willie Stone.
Willie, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started during quarantine when I used to live in Jersey and during that time, I wanted to start switching up my style it’s funny cause at first I wasn’t the fashion type at all but I have seen some people I used to go to school with just starting on becoming an influencer and I thought to myself “ I could do that” so a month or two later as I’m adding to my new clothes collection that’s when I first posted.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Some struggles for me around the time when I just moved to Georgia was having burnout where I didn’t feel like even producing content at a time but I pushed through it even though I didn’t have the motivation to post another challenge. I’m kinda overcoming rn is making fits, not everyone may see every day.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
Right now what most people know me for is my dressing on Instagram I want to start an art account because I’m actually an artist but that won’t be coming until the end of the year or early next year I also wanted to start a YouTube account but haven’t fully committed on that yet and I’m most proud of so far the multiple brands I’ve got to work with so far I would’ve never thought I’d get the opportunity to work with them let alone most of them actually asking me instead of me coming to them.
What’s next?
One place I want to get to is going from just fashion to kinda a lifestyle to a personal page to where I can post anything and the engagement of my post is still as high as my fashion stuff; another thing I’m looking forward to is doing studio shoots with big brands instead them just sending me clothes to wear and me posting on them also just connecting with other creators I also wanted to start my own clothing brand eventually and maybe even start streaming on twitch.
