Hi Amanda, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Since I was a little girl I loved fashion, I would take clothing that I had and piece them together to make a totally different Outfit, as a matter of fact, I still do it now. I wanted to do a different type of clothing line, clothes that are comfortable, stylish, affordable and for everyone, and I always ask myself would I wear this. I got to where I am today by staying motivated by what I love to do and putting in the effort.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No, it has not. The struggle at first was doubting myself because others don’t believe in what I’m trying to accomplish, but I had to come to the conclusion that this is my life, my race, my dream and I have to believe in myself when no one else does!
We’ve been impressed with The JG Clothing LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
The JG Clothing LLC is a Unique Clothing Brand, I am a Female who owns a clothing company that might pull more towards of the male crowd, I did this on purpose because what women owns a males clothing company, right? But my brand is actually for everyone. I grew up as a tomboy, so I love comfortable stylish clothing. The JG Clothing LLC is a family-oriented company, that promotes love, encouragement, strength, and doing what’s right!
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memories are of me and my family getting together just to hang out and have fun!
