Today we’d like to introduce you to Crystal Khalil & Dr. Nicole LaBeach.
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
We were introduced by a mutual friend in 2019 who felt similarities in our energy and values. At the time, Crystal was the head of Procurement for Porsche Cars North America, and Dr. Nicole was the CEO of Volition Enterprises, a premier DEI, organizational development, and executive coaching firm. A formal business introduction quickly became a maskless conversation between two women who had overcome and achieved a lot of major feats individually; however, were still in search of a greater purpose. We continued to cultivate the relationship, and in 2020 when Crystal retired from Porsche, Dr. Nicole celebrated her courage to leap with an amazing home-cooked breakfast. Eight hours later, we were in business together with Volition Enterprises, Inc and the newly formed Sister Diamonds, LLC focused on helping women unbind and unleash their unlimited potential through collectivism and illumination.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing worth having is ever a smooth road. Over the years, Crystal & Dr. Nicole sacrificed time, energy, and their personal funds to grow both organizations. The last three years have been tumultuous with the pandemic and increasing global and political challenges. The learning curve with marketing has been the steepest curve. Understanding the customer needs and connecting with them via social media and email campaigns has been an evolution.

Through Sister Diamonds, LLC we hold monthly Woman Unlimited Live sessions to help professional women access their potential in business and their relationships by providing expert advice for attendees to increase their self-worth, strengthen relationships and accelerate their business careers. What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
Women are exiting the workforce in droves in pursuit of freedom, work-life balance, and purpose. We expect this to continue as the bar has been set for flexibility to work anywhere in the world.
