Inspiring Conversations with Ronnie Rice

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ronnie Rice.

Hi Ronnie, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I initially started working for free with a larger law firm in the Southeast. I was given the vision to provide top-notch service with a community heart. I’ve always lived by motivational principles and had a hand in various business ventures. Hence, the coined slogan: Motivation, Law, & Business. I believe that these separate constructs should be infused in the surrounding community.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
I believe my road was very smooth & uplifting. However, without growth, there is no progress. Some may think of growth as a struggle or adversity. However, I see growth as part of being the man the Lord wants me to be. I think one of the biggest obstacles for me starting on this journey as the owner of several businesses and serving as a legal expert for many of the world’s most influential people was believing in myself. Every business has its ups and downs. But, I had to realize that I have the experience, the knowledge and the fortitude to continue to build.

We’ve been impressed with The Law Office of Ronnie Rice, LLC, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am a lawyer that specializes in business, personal injury, and relationships. I know that all sounds random; however, my sweet spot in my practice providing a suite of services that help take my clients to the next level. Many law firms deal with individuals in a situational capacity. Meaning a firm will on represent a person who has been involved in an accident or arrested. My firm seeks to provide a total package for the ever-changing needs of the community.

Networking and finding a mentor can have such a positive impact on one’s life and career. Any advice?
My suggestion is something that my mother has told me a long time ago. Find aspects of those you admire and make them into a mentor. One of the realities of life that I found out at an early age is that everyone, including your mentors, are HUMAN! You can’t fault them for being them. I think when looking for a mentor, we search for the richest, most educated, and best-looking on social media. But, you have to understand that mentors are to help YOU get to the next level. It’s not always about having the same family, house, watches, and money they have. Everyone is different and requires various training to get them to the next level. So when searching for a mentor, it is important to find someone who is going to help YOU, not just your surface-level wants.
