Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandra Ocasio.
Hi Sandra, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
My entrepreneurship journey started shortly after becoming a military spouse and experiencing my first military move in 2016.
It was never in my plans to become a Coach, but the way this military lifestyle is set up and all this moving around like we are on the “run”, I knew a corporate 9-5 was not going to cut it anymore.
After obtaining every certificate available online, I was finally ready to start serving clients.
I started getting booked and gaining momentum, but to be honest, I didn’t know what I was doing. I just knew I wanted to serve clients.
I got lost in that momentum. I was so burned out, stressed out, Just really operating under a frantic state of mind to a point where I started taking it out on my family.
And one day in early May of 2017, right before mothers day, it finally all caught up to me. I had a complete mental breakdown that resulted in me checking myself into a behavioral hospital for five days.
And after being misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder, it turned out that what I was really experiencing was called “Identity-Loss.”
What I discovered was when you go through many different “life changes” in a very short period, it’s necessary for you to go through the grieving process to grieve the person you used to be.
I didn’t know that subconsciously, me walking by a closet full of all my corporate suits was affecting me. I didn’t know that although I was in “GO-GET MODE” I needed to sit still and heal. If you are anything like me, then you probably take care of everyone else around you before
One of my favorite coaches says “Your business is only going to grow as much as you are willing to heal.”
That was 100% true for me. Therapy has allowed me to heal and find a way to operate life with a focused mindset and not a frantic one.
Since experiencing this I have made it my mission to support and educate more entrepreneurs to learn how to automate their online businesses. Let’s build a business that we won’t resent.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. I experienced burnout, stress, and lots of sleepless nights with tears and fear. Have heard “no’ so many times about ideas.
And I am very open about this because I am so tired of people only showing their results and their winning season but don’t share the journey of the struggle.

I teach online Entrepreneurs how to launch their digital products so that they can increase their impact and income through systems automation & sales funnels.
I am extremely passionate about supporting online entrepreneurs to create offers that will bring them closer to the freedom they desire.
Any advice for finding a mentor or networking in general?
Find a mentor that is currently at where you desire to be and not just where they are monetarily but mentally.
