Today we’d like to introduce you to Felicia Pitts.
Felicia, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Entrepreneurship was the one thing my father instilled in me. Although, I did not immediately fully pursue real estate it remained in the backdrop throughout the years. I began my career in corporate America in event management and corporate sales. I quickly found out that I had an knack for sales.
I found myself in the top 3% for sales with consistently strong customer relations and ratings within the company. Although, I was doing well with my job. I wanted more and real estate kept pulling at me. So, I went for it and pursued real estate full-time and have not looked back since.
Real estate has given me the opportunity to change lives. I love being weaved within a family story of the proud first-time home buyer. Especially when they thought they would never be able to purchase their own family home.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Of course, I have had challenges, but the secret is I never give up. My advice is if something does not work the first time see it as an opportunity to re-evaluate, re-invent, and come back better.

What’s my sign? Oh, it is always SOLD! I specialize in getting my clients results.
I aim to get the most money in pockets of my clients that sell their home. As far as, homebuyer clients I assist with down payment assistance and negotiate the best price for their future home.
I was born and raised in Georgia so I have witnessed first-hand the changes and development that has taken place in real estate. Knowledge is key. Therefore, I educate myself daily on national and local real estate market trends. This knowledge allows me to proactively inform and position my clients. Simply put I help take the stress out of the home selling or buying process for my clients.
My last name is Pitts for a reason because I always dot my I’s and cross my T’s. No two clients are alike. I am a firm believer in paying attention to the small details. My eye for detail makes me attentive to any and all unique needs of each of my clients.
