
Today we’d like to introduce you to Kera Sullivan.
Hi Kera, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory
I started Taste of Passion ATL about three years ago. I wanted a business so I could eventually quit working for others. Wanting something established for my future kids. I started out working for a catering company and using my ideas but putting their name on the front line. Eventually, I realize it’s something I was passionate about and the next move I made was making Sunday Dinner out of my apartment for $10 a plate. I never imagined I would be where I am today, owning two businesses with many more to come.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Smooth? Definitely NOT! Entrepreneurship is NEVER easy, but you have to learn to accept the good days with the bad. You figure out ways to keep going. Some days you’re going to sell out while other days you won’t. I wouldn’t call my obstacles struggles, only lessons.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I cater weddings, parties, private dinners, etc. Also, I offer meal preps as well as sale passion (food) plates on the weekend. Including Cupcakes, fruit, and Treats. Soon passion plates will be sold every day. I am very proud of how far I’ve come, it’s NEVER easy and I NEVER gave up on what I love.
