Life & Work with Cyntreia Hayes

Today we’d like to introduce you to Cyntreia Hayes.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I wanted to be able to provide residual income that turns into generational wealth for my family. I wanted financial freedom. I’m also part owner of a logistics dispatching company.

I’ve always loved to travel & I’ve always been the one to book the vacations & activities for my family & friends. When I was offered the opportunity to get paid to do what I loved & was already doing there was nothing to think about.

We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
No, it has not. When I thought of a travel business owner, I thought it was going to be super easy. Although it’s not hard, it’s not easy either. As with any business, you have to put in the work to get results. Know your product.

I have learned that consistency & content is the key in this business. I struggled with those two things in the beginning, mainly trying to balance everything. Once I put together a schedule & plan it became a lot easier.

I also had/have a great mentor. Krystal Foster with Branded by K Foster & That Travelish Academy is the best.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I specialize in making travel easy & affordable. I want everyone to see the world & know that you don’t have to break the bank to do it.

When I look back at to how it was when I started to where I am now & the plans I have for the future it makes me proud & it makes me push harder.

What sets me apart from others? Customer service. I go above & beyond for my clients. I really aim for them to not do anything but arrive to the airport. Thats it, that’s all. I will handle EVERYTHING else. I’m on call from the time the client departs until they return safely at home.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
Always be prepared for the unexpected.
