Today we’d like to introduce you to Nevaeh Wright.
Hi Nevaeh, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
When I first started wearing nails, I immediately wanted to learn how to do them on my own. To help personalize nails and bring life to people’s ideas brings life to me because I know how picky I am when it comes to my own. I started 2018 and was certified 2019 when I started doing nails in my room. I then moved downstairs to my mom’s hair suite and she set up a really nice nail salon suite for me with a beautiful desk! I am now a travel nail tech for Gwinnett County.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I almost gave up for a long time because some weren’t respecting my gift. Along with that people wanting me to charge them different prices or booking appointments and no showing. I wasn’t getting as many clients than all of a sudden when I bounced back, I had clients left to right. I came home from school and got straight to it. Since I got used to being booked every week and seeing my cash app increase, I opened more days and started taking appointments after cheer practice!
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I am a nail tech from Atlanta that also loves to draw. I started off drawing and then added nails to my belt now I can enjoy both at the same time!
So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
I haven’t collaborated with anyone just yet, but it will be coming soon!
