Meet Briana Brown of Snatched By Bri in Stone Mountain

Today we’d like to introduce you to Briana Brown.

Snatched By Bri, a small business in Atlanta, GA was founded by a college student, Briana Brown. In 2016, Briana lost 30 pounds and came up with a way to help others accomplish their fitness goals. Snatched By Bri consist of meal prepping guides with frequent exercises, Waist Snatchers, meal prepping containers, S.B.B apparel, and continuous support.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Being that I have been an entrepreneur for almost 2 years now, it has not been smooth sailing.

The struggles I have dealt with are:
1. Being consistent with marketing on social media & uploading to YouTube.
2. Building clientele and my online audience.
3. Constant self doubt when products are not being sold.

Please tell us about Snatched By Bri.
My whole brand started off as me just meal prepping and I would have small segments on snapchat called, “Meal Prepping With Bri.” People fell in love with it, so I made a YouTube channel to expand my audience and show others how to meal prep a variety of dishes. When working out and eating healthier, I started getting questions about how I lost 30 pounds. So, I started my business, Snatched By Bri. At first I just sold meal prepping guides that help people meal prep. The guides came with a grocery list and a step by step brochure. I also sold meal prepping containers. Now, I sell “Waist Snatchers” as well. I am also a group fitness instructor for the URec at West Georgia.

Snatched By Bri has been featured in the newspaper, the West Georgian. I won an award for being the best student entrepreneur to build my brand at the University of West Georgia, I was the youngest panelist on an entrepreneurial panel before, and I have been a vendor for many events in the Atlanta/ Carrollton area.

I may be known as the girl who sells waist trainers, the girl who meal preps, or the girl with the nice body.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory as a child would be every summer growing up. I would go to my grandmothers house in Louisville, KY. My four cousins, older sister, and I would be inseparable for 2 months straight. I didn’t grow up around extended family members so I cherished moments like these. I remember one forth of July being surrounded by so much family, fireworks, amazing food, soda/pop, good music, and love. That would have to be my favorite memory. Just having everyone around.
