Chelsea, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I’ve always had a passion for cooking and a bit of a sweet tooth. I wanted to start my own sweets business for over a year before I actually decided to do it. The fear of failure, concerns about lack of support from those closest to me and thoughts of an oversaturated industry really played heavy roles in my procrastination. My husband stayed on me about getting started. He told me how much he believed in me and how amazing my products were. That was the push I needed to stop wishing and start doing. I started experimenting and slowly started building up my Instagram page. My younger sister, posted the first photo advertising my Crack Grapes on her Instagram page and business started pouring in from there.
That was in May of 2019 and it is now December. My skill level, precision and attention to detail has improved tremendously. Gimme Some Suga rises to every occasion. I specialize in making important milestones in people’s lives memorable: such as baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, office parties, birthday parties, holiday gatherings and graduations. The overall success of my business thus far is a testimonial. Gimme Some Suga can’t wait to taste what the future has in store!

I make all things sweet. From fruity to savory and nutty, I do it all. I specialize in Gourmet Chocolate Apples, Crack Grapes, Crack Apples, Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries and Cake Pops. I am well known for my Crack Grapes. Gimme Some Suga prides itself on creating an unforgettable experience and surpassing the expectations of each person we encounter.
